The Dissent shoe represents Emerica's commitment to crafting an even more robust shoe for skateboarding enthusiasts. It blends traditional skate shoe aesthetics with cutting-edge lightweight technology.
Emerica has opted for cupsole construction, enhanced with a full-length EVA midsole and a die-cut insole also crafted from EVA. This design ensures a skate shoe that excels in terms of protection by effectively absorbing hard impacts. This is likely the reason why Emerica chose team rider Kevin "Spanky" Long for the debut of the Dissent shoe. Spanky goes big and Spanky lands hard - This is why he opts for the Dissent.
