A claim covers manufacturing defects or flaws that were present when you received the product, whether they were visible immediately or became apparent during normal use.

A claim does not cover damage caused by:

• Misuse or abuse (e.g., using the product in ways it was not intended).
• Lack of maintenance.
• Altering or modifying the product (constructive changes).
• Harmful use or treatment that contributes to product degradation or supply shortages.

To ensure a timely claim, submit it within a reasonable time after finding the defect. Claims made within two months are always considered timely, but we encourage you to reach out as soon as possible.

Please note that this legal right to claim is not the same as a warranty. A warranty is an optional, additional coverage, which we do not offer.
