Vastus Freebird Touring Skis

The Vastus Freebird are touring skis designed with a slim waist. A narrow waist width of only 76mm clearly indicates these lightweight touring skis are intended for backcountry expeditions.

With a weight of merely 1900g per pair, climbing the mountains becomes more manageable. The balsa core, supplemented by a construction of mixed glass and carbon, provides an excellent equilibrium between the lightweight nature required for touring and the powerful downhill skiing needed on the backside of the mountains.

Vastus boasts a short turning radius of merely 17m, offering agility, while a light rocker enhances pivoting and stability.
