Guidelines for Custom Heat Mouldable Insoles

Heating activates our Gamechangers Elite's exclusive arch technology, which makes the insole expand and mould to your foot.

1. Trim the toe section to fit your shoes, ensuring they slide in without difficulty.
2. Next, position the insoles in a preheated oven at 110 °C for 8-10 minutes. DO NOT use a microwave.
3. Once the arch becomes completely soft, they are ready. Stand on them wearing socks for 1-2 minutes. (Sitting only for enhanced arch support). Then place them in your shoes and walk.
4. Avoid bending the Gamechangers at 90-degree angles immediately after removing them from the oven, as this can damage the foam.

The usual break-in period for FP Insoles Gamechangers Elite is 1-3 days. Kindly allow your feet time to adapt to the arch support.
