Our Gamechangers Elite insoles expand and conform to your foot's shape when heated, thanks to their unique arch technology.
- Trim the toe section to fit easily into your shoes.
- Place the insoles in a preheated oven at 110 °C for 8-10 minutes. Do not use a microwave.
- Once the arch becomes fully soft, they are ready. While wearing socks, step on them for 1-2 minutes (only while sitting for enhanced arch support). Then insert into shoes and walk.
- Refrain from bending the Gamechangers at 90-degree angles immediately after removing them from the oven, as this may damage the foam.
