Guide for Custom Heat Mouldable Insoles

Heating triggers our Gamechangers Elite's unique arch technology, enabling the insole to expand and conform to your foot's shape.

1. Cut the toe area to fit your footwear. Ensure they slide in without resistance.
2. Then, position the insoles in a preheated oven at 110 °C for 8-10 minutes. Do NOT use a microwave.
3. When the arch is fully pliable, they are ready. Stand on them wearing socks for 1-2 minutes. (Remain seated for enhanced arch support). Afterwards, place them in shoes and walk.
4. Avoid bending the Gamechangers at 90-degree angles immediately after removing them from the oven, as this can damage the foam.

The usual acclimatisation period for FP Insoles Gamechangers Elite is 1-3 days. Allow your feet some time to adapt to the arch support.
