The GT Original 4-piece is a high performance handlebar crafted for freestyle BMX bikes. Constructed from both lightweight and robust chromoly steel 4130, this bar is highly durable and resistant to snapping or bending. Four-piece designs are reputed for their rigidity, and this GT handlebar adds a stylish touch to virtually any setup. Being 29" (73.7cm) wide, it suits riders whose shoulder width is approximately equivalent to the bar. The standard 22.2mm stem diameter is compatible with all clamps of the same size. To enhance its durability, the tubing of this handlebar is straight gauged, ensuring uniform thickness throughout its entire construction.
Remember to select a bar height that aligns with your preferences:
- For those who are not very tall, we suggest opting for an 8.6" bar height. It assists in jumping higher and managing technical tricks more easily
- A bar height of 9.125" will cater to many riders, as it falls within the average range
- If you are tall or encounter posture issues whilst riding your bike, a tall 9.875" bar height is a suitable option
