These Exel X-Curve X=70 Cross Country Ski poles are excellent and extremely good value for money. I am a member of a group who help people who have suffered a brain injury, my son being one of them. At one of our meetings I met a Nordic walking instructor, who informed me of how Nordic walking can benefit head injury survivors. Some members including my son had an hours instruction and I could see straight away how much their walking improved. As a result I set about getting some poles for him which wasn't easy because of his height, 6ft 6ins. These 140cm poles are exactly what I was looking for. The Nordic walking instructor told me that Exel was an excellent make and I would not have been able to purchase any better than these.
