Easy and reliable adjustment mechanism, lightweight to adjust. A good buy!M. BosHuizen, NetherlandsVerified Buyer1 of 5The sticks don't stay attached when you extend it.Reply from SkateProHi Marlous,
We retrieved the ski poles back at our location, so we could indeed look into the issue. Thank you for contacting us about this. The new ski poles are coming your way today ;) /JustinTanja Gasser-GambietzFrankfurt am Main, GermanyVerified Buyer1 of 5Unfortunately, the ski poles were scratched. Unfortunately, we only discovered this during our ski vacation.Reply from SkateProHello Tanja,
Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry that the poles arrived scratched. As we only send new items, I can't explain this. Have you taken a photo of the goods you received that you can send us by email? We would like to take a look at it. /KathrinMikael AnderssonFalun, SwedenVerified Buyer5 of 5easy and smooth to shop, no hassle and fast delivery !VINAY K.REDMOND, United StatesVerified Buyer4 of 5Good pair of ski poles, a tad heavy but that is due to the little extra weight of the telescopic mechanism, which we hope will get us multiple years with a growing kid.
