The ABEC criterion is sometimes confusing. It's easy to think that the number indicates quality (the higher the better), but in reality, this number designates the precision tolerance of the balls. However, it doesn't take into account other criteria such as the quality of the materials used, so this ABEC number isn't all that important. The best way to know if a bearing is good is to test it over the long term.
Here, the number 11 is not physically possible, so it's not an indication of speed compared to the Abec 9.
