The warranty claim was rejected:
"The reason given is that you can see from the photos that the scooter has been heavily used and the crack points to wear and tear as a result. If it was a production or manufacturer's defect, it would have occurred within the first few days or weeks.
In addition, the deck is very light and can therefore break more easily if used slightly incorrectly. I would recommend going with a more robust deck."
The product description states "robust quality" and "built for the park".
The deck had slight marks from grinding, otherwise like new.
Conclusion:
- Quality defect that should not be there for the price.
- The service reacted with overly friendly communication (not very authentic).

Unfortunately, we could tell from the pictures and information delivered that this lightweight deck did not crack due to material defects.
Aluminum decks like this are very soft and so easily damaged if not ridden by experienced riders. Unfortunately, the deck here was not compatible with your riding style.
If your riding style is based less on tricks in the air and jumps and more on heavy grinding, it is always advisable to avoid the light, soft deck and rather take a steel deck, as lightness plays a smaller role here.
