This item was missing parts when we received it. Customer support is extremely unhelpful; I’ve sent photos showing what’s missing, and I find it hard to believe that the bar bolt is just a cosmetic issue. I put it together using a screw I found at home, so apparently there’s no problem with the product.
All I want is for them to send the two items that were missing upon delivery. I don’t think this is too much to ask, since I’ve already paid for the product! Even when it's brand new, the wheel still has lateral play, so it makes noise.Reply from SkateProThank you for your review.
