Description

The Rollerblade Maxxum Edge 125 3WD freeskates are crafted to deliver excellent performance. They are intended for thrilling and dynamic urban freestyle and freeskate experiences. These Rollerblade freeskates feature a hard boot design. If you desire reliable power transfer and support, the hard boot construction will meet those needs. • The aluminium frame provides direct handling characteristics while remaining extremely lightweight
  • A flat setup with wheels of identical size offers a stable and balanced platform

  • Liners that are ventilated, shock-absorbing, and anatomically designed.
  • Breathable mesh in the liners will keep your feet well-ventilated

Cosmin S. Craiova, Romania Verified Buyer 4 of 5 I wear 43 and ordered 44. Fit perfectly, I love everything about them. Almost best buy for me. But l also got the same ankle problem, I first though it was just me but after seeing others complain too... Kevin Catt Evansville, United States 2 of 5 I have put around 100 miles on the Maxxum Edge 125's so far. These skates are really fast and great for long distance, pretty good at maneuvering as well for a 125 mm setup. There is just one HUGE problem with the setup for me and that is the left inside ankle bone pain, I have wrapped it, used Ennui ST Footies, it doesn't matter, you feel the pain when you are skating and it is only getting worse. If the pain wasn't there I give them 5 stars. The right skate is fine, never had any pain except minor when wearing the skates in. I could buy new liners and see if that would help, but I probably will end up just moving onto a different skate. Reply from SkatePro Hi Kevin, Thank you for taking the time to write a review!👌 I am sorry about the pain... It might be a production error. You can always send us an email with a few pictures or a short video where we can see the problem. If there is no visible problem, you can still give us an email so we can discuss what would help with the pain. /Vesta diego declercq Deurne, Belgium Verified Buyer 5 of 5 In the beginning a big adjustment in stability, but once accustomed these go super super fast, not normal, in ordinary skating I achieve 23km/h without any effort Diana D. Heemstede, Netherlands Verified Buyer 4 of 5 Goes very fast. Take n size bigger. And I too suffer from pressure point (on inner ankle bone right foot). Found something. Skated well until now. Amir Saheb Montreal, Canada Verified Buyer 4 of 5 Great skates in terms of performance, but in terms of comfort they are not the best for me since I have accessory navicular on the sides of my foot. Many people do have it so be aware! I did find a solution for that though! Used a heat gun to change the form of the hard boot, it helped a lot and took the pressure off the pressure points. However it could be just me but I still don't feel comfortable doing long runs so I use them just for fun and short trips. Matthew Moran Birmingham, United Kingdom Verified Buyer 4 of 5 Great skates BUT maybe order 2 sizes up if you're in the UK: I clicked on 12.5 & got 11.5, when I was trying to order up a size due to what people had said about the small fit. I'm currently trying to break them in. As others have said it's pretty uncomfortable round the ankles. Thijs Vandenberghe Alveringem, Belgium Verified Buyer 5 of 5 Super skeeler, rollerblade superkwaliteit, eerst beetje onwennig op de 125 wielen maar na paar keer, super smooth Enorme snelheden mee te behalen, Thx skatepro eurides amaral Bradenton, United States Verified Buyer 5 of 5 I loved this skate!!! Very fast and confortable! Remember to buy one size bigger! Marek Podgórski Kaszyce, Poland Verified Buyer 5 of 5 Opis zgodny ze stanem faktycznym. 100% zadowolony a cena super! Eric Bernardi Zürich, Switzerland 3 of 5 I hate to love them... I had the same ankle problems as many reviewers but IMO the boot is perfect and the liner is the main problem. The liner is very soft except at the ankle area but when I took the liner out of the boot I found that harder area is at a very weird spot. The center of my ankle is right at the edge of this "protection" area, so the front of my ankle is just at the thinnest part of the liner and that's where the boot created my pressure point on longer sessions... Replaced the stock liner with an Intuition (might not fit the boot perfect but) now it's just wow! So I think if you add a heat moldable liner this becomes one of the most fun skates! But yeah, with an additional liner we are almost in the price range of a carbon boot skate...
