Kristina N.Newport, United KingdomVerified Buyer1 of 5I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel I have no choice.
We purchased a pair of Roces Helium TIF II skates and during the very first use the Heel Lock strap failed after approximately 100 metres. The skates were brand new and the strap broke while being tightened normally.
I reported the issue immediately, provided photos, and have since sent multiple follow-up emails over more than 10 days. Despite this, I have only received automated replies and no response from an actual person.
Defects can happen with any product and I understand that. What I do not understand is the complete lack of communication. At this point I am not concerned whether the claim is accepted or rejected – I simply expect basic customer service and an update on my case.
To make matters worse, I received an automated email asking me to review the skates before receiving any response regarding the warranty claim.
Very disappointing experience so far.Reply from SkateProHello, thank you for your review. We are so sorry we took that long to get back to you, we were in fact behind with emails at that time. I can see we have already replied to you and sent you a replacement since we approved the claim about the skates you received. Happy to have had solved it and hope you enjoy your new skates :) /SkatePro TeamRobert LehnerGunzenhausen, GermanyVerified Buyer5 of 5Very satisfied.Yuliia NazaretsOslo, NorwayVerified Buyer5 of 5I'm stoked, and these roller skates are dialed :)))Ariana P.Pula, CroatiaVerified Buyer2 of 5The size chart doesn't match the actual product size! Buying one size up isn't enough. I usually wear a 37.5–38, so I ordered the shoes in a 39, but they're small on me as if I'd ordered a 36! Buy two sizes up to avoid unnecessary returns ☺️Reply from SkateProThank you for the feedback! We're sorry the fit wasn't dialed. We regularly check our size charts to ensure their accuracy and reliability. 😊/ SkatePro TeamNico RothGeroldswil, SwitzerlandVerified Buyer1 of 5Faded WheelsViviana BravoTrieste, ItalyVerified Buyer5 of 5These shred-ready tees are fire—the delivery was lightning fast, the fit is dialed, and the fabric is buttery soft.
