Custom Scooter Assembly

When you purchase this service, SkatePro will assemble and test your bespoke scooter.
It is essential that you possess all the components required to construct a bespoke scooter (either by providing them to SkatePro or ordering them along with this service).

Typically, a bespoke scooter will be constructed using these components:

• Scooter deck
• Brake (which may sometimes accompany the deck)
• Rear axle hardware (commonly supplied with the deck)
• Fork with axle (please be mindful of which wheel size fits)
• Bar (if opting for an oversized bar, ensure you select an oversized clamp)
• Clamp (1 or more. If opting for an oversized bar, ensure you select an oversized clamp)
• Grips (possibly also Bar-Ends if they are not included)
• Headset
• Grip tape
• 4 bearings and 2 pieces of 8mm spacers
• 2 wheels (please verify if the size fits the fork)
• Compression kit

Important information:

• Assembling bespoke scooters necessitates specialised tools and patience. We advise that only a skilled individual undertakes the assembly of the bespoke scooter.
• The assembly of a bespoke scooter is a service, and as such, it is non-refundable.
• The scooter and its individual components cannot be refunded once assembly has commenced. Dismantling the parts renders them no longer new and thus non-returnable.
