MPC Mtech wheels are manufactured through a multi-step pouring and moulding process, allowing various layers of urethane material to be created, each possessing specific and distinct properties.

While rubber wheels excel at shock absorption, they wear down easily. Urethane and hard plastic wheels, conversely, ensure durability but result in a less smooth ride. The dual-material construction of MPC Mtech wheels marries shock absorption with durability.

MPC's patented Mtech (multi-layer technology) wheels incorporate a soft, highly resilient inner layer resembling a super-ball, which acts like a pneumatic tyre and is encased in an exceptionally durable outer layer. This inner layer functions as a cushion for the robust outer surface, deforming and flattening during a turn to increase the footprint and then regaining its shape to minimise rolling resistance when upright.

Mtech offers the most substantial footprint for grip, the highest rebound for speed, and the firmest outer tread for durability available.
