Shipping costs depend on the weight/size of the product and the order value. The total shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

Delivery time
The expected delivery time is 3-5 business days for items in stock.
An estimated delivery date is shown at checkout when you select your delivery method, and it will also be included in your order confirmation.
If we are unable to ship your order from our warehouse within the expected timeframe, you will receive an email notification.
Track and trace
We'll send you an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package once it has shipped.

Please be sure to examine the item, when you receive it. Should there be any damages or was the parcel not delivered as expected, please contact SkatePro as soon as possible. You can file your issue with our AI agent Ollie.

Customs and Tax
All prices include 23% or 0% VAT.
VAT refund
If you are a citizen of a country outside the EU and have ordered something from SkatePro for delivery within the EU, you can get a VAT refund when you take the goods out of the EU.
Here's how:
- Exporting the goods - You must take the goods out of the EU within 3 months of the purchase date.
- Invoice must be stamped by customs - When leaving the EU, you must show your original SkatePro invoice to customs officials at your point of departure. They will stamp the invoice as proof of export.
- Send the invoice to us - Send us your bank details and the original stamped invoice to SkatePro no later than 2.5 months after the goods have been exported from the EU. Our address is: Omega 6 Søften DK-8382 Hinnerup
Once we have received your stamped invoice, we will process your VAT refund. Please note that we charge an administration fee of €20 per invoice. This amount will be deducted from your VAT refund.
