The box of the scooter had the seals open and a blow on the side.
The wheels were assembled when the instructions indicate that they must be assembled by the customer.
In addition the Tube valve of the front wheel Tube is not equal to the rear and also the cap q carries no thread, gives the feeling of having been repaired but does not seem used.
Please tell me something about it, I'm trying it to see how it goes.

I used it 3-4 times for 3 mile ride each time, and i got to tell you, this thing will work your knees and leg, as you will be bending quite often to peddle forward :)
I tried to do a quick speed run on a straight away, i get up to 9 mph. Good luck riding this uphill and/or against the wind.
