I bought my skis on Monday 15th March. Although the estimated arrival time was for the following Monday, I got them delivered to me in the US (Michigan) on Friday 19th before noon!
Even thought upon assembling hte binding, one of hte brakes has a little plastic bit broken, SkatePro immediately gave me two optiosn: (a) eithe sending me new but upgraded bindings or (b) to source them locally at their cost. I managed to find the brakes only (which would have been much cheaper than new bindings), and SkatePro refunded me immediately for the cost of the brakes & fitting/adjusting the bindings at a professional skiinig shop.
Also, becuase I wasn't able to use the skis effectivley until today, SkatePro refunded me the difference between what I paid and the current online price! Truely amazing.
