When you purchase this service, SkatePro will assemble and test your bespoke scooter.
It is essential that you possess all the components required to construct a bespoke scooter (either by providing them to SkatePro or ordering them along with this service).
Typically, a bespoke scooter will be constructed using these components:
Scooter deck
Brake (which may sometimes accompany the deck)
Rear axle hardware (commonly supplied with the deck)
Fork with axle (please be mindful of which wheel size fits)
Bar (if opting for an oversized bar, ensure you select an oversized clamp)
Clamp (1 or more. If opting for an oversized bar, ensure you select an oversized clamp)
Grips (possibly also Bar-Ends if they are not included)
Headset
Grip tape
4 bearings and 2 pieces of 8mm spacers
2 wheels (please verify if the size fits the fork)
Compression kit
Important information:
Assembling bespoke scooters necessitates specialised tools and patience. We advise that only a skilled individual undertakes the assembly of the bespoke scooter.
The assembly of a bespoke scooter is a service, and as such, it is non-refundable.
The scooter and its individual components cannot be refunded once assembly has commenced. Dismantling the parts renders them no longer new and thus non-returnable.

The kick started rattling already on the second dayReply from SkateProHello!
I'm sorry to hear that, of course it shouldn't be like that.
It's very important to tighten your scooter even if it's new.
If the problem has not been solved, please contact us at email@skatepro.se and we will find a solution for you.
Kind regards
MartinaLars AugustOslo, NorwayVerified Buyer2 of 5I ordered it also the scooter was delayed and when I got the scooter the ball bearings were completely sucked almost didn't go around and after a day fell off the compression screw and I don't have unbrako key which is 22 cm long :(Reply from SkateProAw, that's just not good enough! The bearings may be a matter of just driving to, but of course compression should hold when we collect it. Can you send us an email with your order number and a picture of it, so we look right at it. If you don't want to send it back (it takes longer), maybe you can get a bike mechanic to screw it on for you?
