Our assessment "lack of maintenance" is taken on the basis of both pictures and after looking at the kick bike physically. Although we initially rejected a possible complaint on this basis, we have nevertheless fixed the scooter at our expense and sent it back to you. Again at our expense.

Sorry for the inconvenience, have you tried disassembling the wheel to see if there was a problem with your axle or spacers? Can you send us a video of your wheel so that we can find out where the problem comes from together?

I can see that you have requested a return label and have already gotten one from us. Unfortunately, it's a bit tricky to figure out what has happened with the scooter without having any documentation yet on how it has happened and in what state you did receive it.

Desværre er noget af griptapen faldet af ved ankomst på det ene løbehjul og på det andet meget løst i kanterne. Det ene løbehjul slås vi med, at det før det blev taget i brug, larmer i det ene baghjul. Det er strammet meget hårdt og med yderligere forsøg på at stramme hjulet, så holder larmen og, indtil det lige har været en tur på ramperne, så larmer det igen.
Synes det er noget ærgerligt, når jeg har betalt for at få dem samlet og det er som om det ikke rigtig kan blive bedre.
