Alpinist 9 Long Travel Ski Bindings

The Alpinist is the binding from Marker designed to bring immense joy to alpine ski tourers.

This binding employs a pin tech system, compatible solely with alpine ski boots equipped with pin inserts.

The Marker touring Alpinist 9 Long binding is notably lightweight and offers a DIN release range spanning from 4.0 to 9.0, suitable for skiers weighing between 88.18 lbs and 242.50 lbs (40 kg to 110 kg).

This extended version includes brakes, which can be adjusted between 90 mm and 105 mm, allowing for broad compatibility with various ski sizes.

Featuring a heel rotate pivot and front guides, the binding ensures precise initial connections to the front pins. Additionally, it includes a climbing aid with settings for 0°, 5°, and 9°, facilitating seamless transitions between modes.

The toe-piece is equipped with a twin spring and reinforced with carbon. It offers a maximum length adjustment of 15 mm.

Crampon compatibility is provided (though not included), and you can purchase stoppers separately to attach to the binding.
