Savant 165 Longboard Truck

The team at Paris Truck Co. have been diligently developing the Savant truck for longboards. They have reimagined several critical components that constitute a truck.

A significant update is the use of a completely forged hanger instead of the typical cast hangers. This results in a much sturdier truck, offering greater precision in both control and tolerances. The pivot point is considerably smaller, drawing inspiration from race riders. This allows Paris to utilise a thicker pivot cup bushing, which, in turn, provides enhanced vibration damping and a smoother ride.

Another major development is the patented captive axle lock system. This innovation guarantees perfectly straight trucks that maintain their alignment significantly longer than other systems. Improvements have been made around the kingpin construction to significantly minimise "sloppiness" during slides, while also creating a much more stable ride at high speeds.
