Awake 2018 Freestyle BMX Frame

Through a focused collaboration with Team Rider Ed Zunda, WeThePeople have developed this street-ready freestyle BMX frame. Ed was specific about his requirements, leading to a short rear end at only 13.2", enabling fast trick execution while maintaining balance.

The Awake BMX frame boasts a steep angle on the new 127mm tall hourglass-shaped headtube at 75.5°, drawing in the balance point slightly to provide Ed with the necessary platform for performing his tricks.

For the 2018 version, the Awake has undergone a few updates, including the redesigned headtube. These include a taller 9" standover height and 7.5mm thick invest cast dropouts with integrated chain tensioners, ensuring a highly street-ready finish.
