Description
With the Nina, DPS skis have crafted these freeride skis specifically for female skiers. The Nina skis feature a waist width of 99mm, placing them within the mid-size range of the Foundation women's freeride series. They are dependable and provide a powerful response.
These are the ideal skis for handling all snow conditions. They have ample width to offer buoyancy, and the rocker shape makes manoeuvring enjoyable and easy in deep snow. The shape of the skis embodies the concept behind the Paddle Tech solution from DPS. This signifies that the tapered shape, sidecut, and flex pattern are all meticulously crafted to perfectly balance these skis for optimal freeride characteristics.
Additionally, these Nina skis are constructed using the Foundation design. This construction involves a blend of carbon, bamboo, poplar, and fibreglass. The core, composed of bamboo and poplar, is enveloped on both the top and bottom by strands of carbon and triaxial fibreglass, offering a superb mix of power and shock absorption—ideal traits for tackling a wide range of snow conditions from hardpack to crud, and soft, deep snow.
