The hi-lo frame merges the finest aspects of a flat wheel configuration with freestyle frames. Brian Shima introduced new 47 mm centre wheels, positioning them as far outward as feasible, which generated an expansive grinding area in the frame's centre. These wheels are rockered flat with the outer 56 mm wheels, delivering an unparalleled skating experience: You still enjoy the seamless ride of a flat wheel setup alongside the exceptionally wide grinding space of anti-rocker frames. The frame grind plate safeguards the frame and reduces the grinding surface, resulting in significantly quicker grinding speeds. The 2 mm reduced profile and proximity to the boot groove make locking on easier and provide enhanced control in frame tricks and manoeuvres.
