Complete Basic Service of Alpine Skis

Revitalise your alpine skis for swift gliding and precise edging once more. Our complete Basic service includes edge sharpening and base waxing.

This service is performed manually and includes the following:

Edges:

• Initial sharpening - eliminating rust and small burrs
• Sharpening of both side and base edges using a metal file

Base:

• Fibre-tex (Base cleaning)
• Taping of bindings to prevent wax contact
• Base waxing (Ironing the cleaning wax into the base)
• Base cooling
• Scraping off cleaning wax
• Brushing off cleaning wax
• Ironing universal wax onto the base
• Base cooling
• Scraping off universal wax
• Brushing off universal wax

You may either send the alpine skis to us or bring them directly to our shop in Copenhagen or Søften, north of Aarhus, and we will provide the service.

The time taken to complete this service depends on how busy our production schedule is during peak seasons.
