Battleship 20" 2019 BMX Stunt Bike

The acknowledged German BMX brand, WeThePeople, is manufacturing some of the best complete BMX bikes on the entire market, and the Battleship 2019 is not an exception.

It comes with 20" wheels and a 20.75" top tube.

The whole setup is rider inspired and based on the 2nd version of the popular WeThePeople Battleship frame, made with inputs from pro riders Dan Kruk and Jordan Goodwin. The Battleship frame comes with some characteristic hydroformed gussets for reinforcing the construction. The frame also has removable pivots and guides for brake- levers, and cables.

The Battleship is meant to be the most robust and durable frame in the lineup and the other parts on this complete are doing a good job living up to the same high standard.

The Fork also arises from the Battleship line and comes with super strong heat-treated Sanko tubing with a 1-piece CNC cut steerer tube and a 24mm offset.

The headset, stem, and bar are amongst others Éclat parts.

The headset comes with fully sealed bearings, and a top load stem in CNC machined alloy materials. Add a 4-piece bar, produced with post liquid heat-treated 4130 Chromoly materials, and you got yourself a top-level front piece already.

But the Éclat euphoria doesn't stop here. The Battleship also features an Éclat 25T Sprocket, made from durable 6061-T6 alloy and comes with a nylon sprocket guard.

Front and rear rim are both Éclat "Bondi", which are flash welded double wall rims with 36 holes. The fat padded pivotal seat and nylon/fibreglass pedals are also Éclat parts mounted on this high-end complete.

The Battleship 2019 comes with WeThePeople's 165mm 8 spline tubular 3-piece Chromoly crank with a 22mm fully sealed press fit bottom bracket. The rims are laced to a 9T Freecoaster hub, also by WeThePeople and also with fully sealed bearings, and allow maximum fakie fun.

The Battleship has also a few SaltPlus parts on board, like the half link chain and the alloy brake lever, meaning The Battleship Complete Bike, pretty much consists of Éclat and SaltPlus parts combined with WeThePeople parts.
